                Several of our members have been notified by mail from Zenith Adminstrators that their COBRA period will end soon. For your information COBRA is only 18 months in duration. If the employee
is and remains eligible for HCTC we will extend the COBRA period through the current HCTC end date of 12/31/10. These employees can tell HCTC that Daimler will comply for as long as they remain eligible for HCTC. If any employee needs that in writing, Zenith does have a letter that they will provide upon request only. If you need this letter you may contact Zenith at 1-888-286-3169.

• Click on the Member tab.

• Click Register.

• Follow the registration steps that appear on the screen.

• If you have any problems or questions, call the

Web Help Desk at 877-258-3932. This number is

located at the bottom of our Web pages for your convenience.

 

If you’re registering for the first time, please note

that we require a one-time PIN registration before you’re

able to access personalized online services that contain

protected health information. We’ll mail your PIN to the

postal address we have on file for you. Delivery takes

three to five business days. While you’re waiting for

your PIN, you can take your health assessment online.

After you receive your PIN, please log back into Member

Secured Services and complete your registration by

entering this PIN.

If you have questions concerning your benefits you will need the following information to help resolve the benefits issue

  • Your FHN number ,   on the front of your Insurance card
  • Your Group number, on the front of your Insurance card  
  • Date of birth of card holder   
  • Date of service on Insurance bill or EOB ( explaination of benefits )
