Several of our members have been notified by mail from Zenith Adminstrators that their COBRA period will end soon. For your information COBRA is only 18 months in duration. If the employee is and remains eligible for HCTC we will extend the COBRA period through the current HCTC end date of 12/31/10. These employees can tell HCTC that Daimler will comply for as long as they remain eligible for HCTC. If any employee needs that in writing, Zenith does have a letter that they will provide upon request only. If you need this letter you may contact Zenith at 1-888-286-3169.
