EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE EAP

​                                               What is EAP?

EAP- (Employee Assistance Program) is a “CONFIDENTIAL” program designed to assist employees, management, and their dependents that may be experiencing work-related problems, substance abuse problems, family and life challenges, and relationship difficulties. EAP also responds to critical incident situations in the workplace and on an individual basis. EAP is for your family if they are 26yrs old and younger covered on your insurance

EAP provides free short-term counseling to assist with personal and work-related stresses. The EAP Counselor is ready to assist with difficulties such as:

·         Stress, anxiety, depression

·         Grief, loss, life’s disappointments

·         Marital, family or relationship problems

·         Anger control, conflict

·         Poor concentration

·         Frequent absenteeism or tardiness

·         Burnout, frustration

·         Alcohol or substance abuse

·         Financial, legal worries
